ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE.

• Our prospectus and further information is available by calling the school on 01822 612919 or email admin@kellycollegeprep.com , you are also welcome to download a digital copy of the prospectus. We will then follow this up with a telephone call to ensure you have all the information you require.
• After an initial enquiry, prospective parents are warmly invited to come and have an informal tour of the school with the headmaster. Please contact the school to book a time. We also run Open Mornings throughout the year.
• A ‘taster day’ for your son or daughter would follow. They would come in and join their potential new class and follow the timetable for a normal school day. This gives parents, the child and the school an opportunity to receive some feedback.
• To secure a place, parents complete a registration form for the Prep School (which is not the same as for the Senior School). Parents are asked to make a payment of £375. This is made up of £300 as a refundable deposit (non-refundable if a pupil leaves before entering Reception, although there are exceptions to this, in line with the Early Years funding guidelines) and also a non-refundable registration fee of £75. The headmaster will write confirming a place has been reserved.
