The Adventure Centre is one of the leading providers of outdoor and adventure training courses in the South West. It is ideally located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park within 10 acres of land and boasts excellent on site facilities. We offer a wide range of courses for groups of all ages and ability levels from school group residentials and management training courses to outdoor development courses and intensive instructor training.

The Adventure Centre has the experience and the staff necessary to deliver outstanding outdoor training courses for schools, businesses and individuals, ensuring personal development through a wide range of outdoor activities. We utilise a number of different locations for outdoor learning both on site and further afield to make sure you get the most out of your time at The Adventure Centre.

We aim to set new standards for outdoor education centres with our high quality facilities, spectacular location and easy access to challenging outdoor activity bases. We are situated on the Western edge of Dartmoor in the ancient Stannary town of Tavistock, with easy access to the cities of Plymouth and Exeter.
